Wheat flour – 150 g
Butter – 75 g
Sugar – 165 g
Curd 9% – 130g
Seedless raisins – 50 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp


Raisins pour boiling water for a few minutes, recline on a sieve, allow to dry. Cottage cheese through a sieve to complete homogeneity and smoothness

Sugar and butter whip properly blender. Add cheese and continue beating until smooth.

Mix 2 eggs with a fork and pour 80 g egg mass in the curd. Stir well with a mixer.

Pour the sifted with baking powder and salt, flour. Mix the dough with a mixer, add the raisins.

Put the dough into a cake pan as a “brick”

Heat oven to 170 ° C, bake for 1 hour. Check the readiness with a toothpick or a wooden stick, it should be dry.

Remove the cake from the oven, allow to cool, remove from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
