Cheese cake with herbs

Ingredients:

Sour cream 15-20% – 300 g
Eggs -3 PCs.
Cheese – 200 g
Flour – 4-5 tablespoons
Greens – 1 bunch
Salt – 1 pinch
Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

Break the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and sour cream, mix well with a whisk or mixer.

Pour in the dough and 1 teaspoonful of flour, stirring well each time. The dough consistency should be as for pancakes.

Cheese chop on a fine grater, chop the herbs, add everything to the dough and mix.

In a pan, heat a little vegetable oil, pour 2-3 tablespoons of the dough, spread on bottom of pan.

Fry the tortilla for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Serve warm.
