Chebureks with potatoes and cheese

Ingredients:

For the dough:
– 300 g of kefir
– 2 tbsp sour cream
– 100 g plums. butter (to melt)
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 800-900 grams of flour

Filling:
– 1 kg of potatoes
– a knob of butter (optional)
– 100-150 g of hard cheese
– bunch of dill
– salt
– pepper

Preparation:

Peeled potatoes to boil in a little water, drain, dry. Mash and hot pour grated cheese (delicious with almost any) and chopped dill. Add salt, pepper, oil add.

Knead the stiff dough. Cut pieces weighing about 40-50g, roll out, put the filling, carefully zaschipat and fry in very hot sunflower oil from two sides, as usual pasties.
