Ingredients:

• Champignon
• bell pepper 2 pcs.
• large carrots 1 piece.
• large onion 1 piece.
• 0.5 cups of boiled rice
• 50 g hard cheese
• vegetable oil
• butter
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Mushrooms wash and remove the legs as far as possible, not to damage the bonnet.

Separately, fry in vegetable oil, finely chopped onion and mushroom feet.
