• zucchini – 400g.
• hard cheese – 100g.
• Eggs – 2m.
• sour cream – 100g.
• flour – 150g.
• soda – 1 coffee spoon
• salt and pepper to taste
• parsley and dill


First of all, add the sour cream coffee spoon (no slides) of soda and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Just have time to prepare everything else – Grate the cheese (my “royal” – a slightly sweet taste) on a coarse grater, measure out 150 grams of flour, wash and finely chop the herbs to taste. Squash grate into a separate container and carefully squeeze the juice from them.

Now, in the sour cream, add the eggs, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Well mixed with a mixer or by hand. Pressed zucchini mix with grated cheese and herbs.

Prepare a form for baking after coating it with margarine or butter.

I used the a la carte baking tin.

Now mix all the ingredients together quickly lay out the form and submit a pre-heated to 180 ° C oven for 40-45 minutes.
