Carrot peel and cut into large strips

This is a simple one vegetable dish of my favorite, which I cook in the post, and just like that, because it is delicious.

For the preparation you will need:

carrot big 3pc.
a handful of prunes
large onion 1 piece.
vegetable oil 3 tbsp
salt, black pepper
paprika (red pepper)
bay leaves 2 pcs.
tomato paste 1 tbsp

Preparation:
Carrot peel and cut into large strips.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour half a cup of water and pour the carrot.

Bring to a boil, then simmer very low heat, covered until half.

Chop onion finely and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Then add a generous tablespoon of thick tomato paste and paprika coffee spoon and turn the heat off.

Prune to wash with hot water.

Now submit fried and prunes in a saucepan to the carrots, salt and pepper and let the bay leaf.

Bring to readiness.

In the preparation of food takes 25 minutes.

Let cool. Serve as a side dish or salad.

For my taste, carrots stewed with prunes becomes tastier on the second day.
