Ingredients:

butter – 125 g
apples – 2 pcs.
baking powder – 0.5 tsp
flour – 100 g
sugar – 100 g

Preparation:

Apples clean, cut in half, remove the core. Heat 4 tablespoons butter 4 tablespoons Sahara. Cook until the mixture will foam. Put the apples and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, 5-6 minutes.

Beat the remaining butter with the remaining sugar. Add egg and mix. Pour the sifted flour and baking powder. Pour 3 tablespoons cold boiled water. Knead the dough.

At the bottom of 4 molds for cupcakes to put up half a slice of apple. Top distribute candy from a saucepan, then the dough.

On a baking pour a layer of 2 cm water, put it molds and place in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 25 – 30 minutes.
