Cake with Grapes

Basis in the pie – a classic pound cake, soft and neutral. If you want to add to it some more expressive accent – you can use a small amount of lemon peel.

Ingredients to form 21-26 cm:

150 g flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
120 g of butter at room temperature
Sugar 120 g
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 large eggs
250-300 grams of grapes


Sift flour with baking powder and salt.

Oil whisk with the usual sugar and vanilla until creamy. One by one add the eggs, beating well after each.

Add the flour and knead the dough uniform.

We shift the dough into a greased with butter form. On top lay out the grapes (if yagdy with bones – remove, large cut into pieces).

We put the form in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until dry matches, about 45 minutes.

Let cool, slice and serve.
