Cake with cherries
Ingredients:
Dough:
– 3 eggs
– 150 g of sugar
– 150 g flour

Cream:
– 250 grams of cream 33-35%
– 250 g mascarpone cheese
– 150 g of sugar

Also:
– Compote of cherries or cherries
– 100 g chocolate

Preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar (whisking for 5-7 minutes). Add the flour, knead the dough is not thick.

2. The dough is put into a greased form.

3. Place in a preheated 180 degree oven.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

5. Baked cake to soak a little cherry compote.

6. Share on the cake cherries (pits removed).

7. Prepare the cream.

10. Put the cream on cherry.
