Cake “Tsukotto”



Egg – 2 pcs.

Butter – 100 g

Sugar – 120 g

Cocoa – 20 g

Flour – 100 g

Baking powder – 2 tsp.


Cream (33-35%) – 300 ml

Powdered sugar – 100 g

Almonds – 50 g

Cherry – 250 g

Chocolate – 50 g


Prepare the dough. Combine flour, baking powder and cocoa. Add butter and mix. Add sugar and mix. Beat eggs. Add the eggs to the dough, mix gently.

Baking (I used the pan size 30h35 cm) lubricated or lay a paper for baking. Put the dough, smooth.

Put in a preheated 180 ° C oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Ready cake to cool.

From the cake to cut a circle using a stencil as a bowl with a capacity of about 1.2 liters. The circle in the clean side. Lay a bowl with cling film. Of the remaining cake cut triangles, put them in a bowl, repeating its shape.

Prepare the cream. Nuts to grind. Finely chopped chocolate. Whip cream with powdered sugar. Add nuts and mix. Add chocolate and stir. Add cherries. Mix.

Put the cream in a bowl on the cake. Cover with a circle cut out. Put into the refrigerator (not freezer) for 6-8 hours.

Before serving, invert on a serving plate and garnish as desired.
