Cake Nesquik

Cake “Nesquik”

Ingredients:

Dough:
4 eggs,
100 gr. butter,
150 gr. sugar,
150 gr. flour.
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tbsp soluble cocoa

For the cream:

200 gr. condensed milk(boiled)
500 gr. sour cream(20%)
2 tbsp soluble cocoa

Preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar,add the butter+ flour with baking powder, cocoa. The form of grease,pour the batter and place in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 160°C.

Cake to get, cool and cut into 3 equal parts, one to leave for the base , the other two cut into small squares.

For cream vzbit 200 g. condensed milk(boiled)+500 gr. sour cream(20%)+ 2 tbsp soluble cocoa

Cut pieces mixed with cream and nuts(leave a little) and put on the cake(base), sprinkle with nuts.

Put the cake in the fridge overnight.
