Burger with beef and eggplant

Ingredients for 4 servings:

600g minced beef
1 small onion
1 large eggplant
salt and pepper to taste
2 tomatoes
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1-2 cloves of garlic
4 hamburger buns
parsley leaves

It is often a guarantee of good taste dishes lies in the simplicity of its composition. This burger is really tasty, but it will not take a lot of preparation time.

Preparation:

1. Finely chop the onion. Add it to the beef, season with salt and pepper and knead thoroughly.
