Buckwheat with mushrooms and onions

Buckwheat with mushrooms and onions

Ingredients:

500 grams of mushrooms
2 cups of buckwheat
1 onion
olive oil
1 tsp salt

Preparation:

Finely chop the onion. Wash and coarsely chop the mushrooms.

Grease the pan with oil, fry the onion.

In a separate pan place the mushrooms and put it on the stove. Mushrooms should be allocated plenty of fluids. Cook until it evaporates.

Add a little oil to the mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Put the mushrooms in the pan with the onions.

Place the buckwheat in a saucepan with 4 cups of water and salt.

Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes. Add the mushrooms and onions, stir.
