150 g bitter (60-70%) chocolate
150 g butter
2 eggs
170 g of brown sugar
50 g of purified not roasted hazelnuts
130 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
60 ml of whiskey
whipped cream, ice cream and fresh berries for decoration


Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Add butter, gently stir until smooth, cool. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar in a light foam, add the sifted flour and mix.

Chop nuts with a knife and lightly browned on a dry frying pan until golden brown. Chocolate butter mix with the dough, add the whiskey and nuts.
