Blueberry pie


1.5 cups blueberries
2 cups and 1 tbsp flour
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup milk
1/2 Cup yogurt
1 large egg
3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
butter for greasing forms

For topping:

2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp of almond petals
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon


Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Whisk the egg, milk, yogurt, and vegetable oil in a large bowl.

In another bowl, sift together 2 cups flour and baking powder and mix with sugar and salt . Put flour mixture into the milk and stir quickly just to the dry ingredients moist.

Add 1/3 Cup blueberries, toss with the remaining 1 tbsp flour and gently add to the dough.

Grease with butter a round shape with a diameter of 22 cm and put in her dough. With a spatula smooth the top and sprinkle with remaining blueberries.

Mix the brown sugar, almond petals and cinnamon; sprinkle on top of cake.

Put the cake in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, check the readiness of splinter. Cool the cake in the form on the grill for 15 minutes, and then pass on to a dish.
