Blancmange curd

Delicate dessert that like adults and children. This amazing dessert prepared without baking.


0.5 cups milk;
1 packet (15 g) of gelatin;
1 packet (10 g) vanilla sugar;
250 g of cottage cheese;
0.5 cups of sour cream;
0.5 cups of powdered sugar;
2 ringlet pineapple (or other fruit).


Milk dilute gelatin and left to swell for 20 minutes.
Cottage cheese mixed with sugar, sour cream and vanilla sugar in a lush smooth.

Rings of pineapple cut into pieces.

Gelatin is heated to a hot state, but do not boil.

Carefully pour the gelatin into the cottage cheese, mix thoroughly. Add pineapple (berries) and mix again.

Put the mass in the form (or forms in the a la carte) and place in refrigerator to solidify for 4-5 hours. To dessert from the mold was released without damage form must be dipped in hot water for a few seconds, blancmange easily separated from the mold wall.
