Berry and yoghurt jelly

Berry and yoghurt jelly


frozen berries – 225 g
natural yoghurt – 750 g
gelatin powder – 3 tbsp
sugar – 3 tbsp


Berries boil, not defrosting, 100 ml of water, 5 min.

Dissolve 2 tbsp gelatin in 3 tbsp of warm water. Put on medium heat and heat, stirring, without boiling. Allow to cool. Mix melted gelatin with yogurt, add sugar, mix well.

Sort 6 glasses and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to soak the Remaining gelatin in 2 tbsp water. When it swells, mix it with berries. Placed on top of the glasses and return to fridge until fully cured.
