Ingredients:

beef tenderloin – 600 g in one piece

butter – 2-3 tbsp
basil leaves – 3 handfuls
olive oil “extra virgin” – 1.5 cups
zucchini – 4 pcs. small

Preparation:

Basil leaves placed in a blender and chop. Without turning off the engine, slowly pour in the olive oil; beat until smooth. Season with black pepper to taste.
