Beef stew with dried fruit


Beef – 700 g
Large carrots – 2 pcs.
Bulbs – 3 pieces.
Dried apricots – 150 g
Prunes – 150g
Dried barberries – 10 pcs.
Salt pepper


Finely chop onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.

Carrot coarsely chopped, add to the onions and fry for another 5 minutes.

Put the onion and carrot.

In the same pan fry the beef cut into small pieces.

Return the meat to the pan with the carrots and onions, pour hot water (to the meat was completely covered by water) and simmer for half an hour.

Add dried fruit and simmer for another half hour. Season with salt and pepper, add barberry and simmer another 15 minutes.
