Bean salad with orange dressing


1 jar (400 grams) of red beans
1 can (420 g) white lima bean
Medium beam cilantro

For the filling:

1 orange
a small bunch of green onions
1 clove of garlic
4 tablespoons “Extra virgin” olive oil
a pinch of dried oregano and basil
salt, freshly ground black pepper


For the filling Finely chop the white part of green onions, chop the garlic. With orange remove zest grater, squeeze the juice.

Put the juice and zest, onion and garlic in a blender, add the remaining ingredients refueling. Beat until smooth, 1 min.

Both types of beans recline in a colander, rinse with boiled water, dry out, to shift into a bowl.

Add finely chopped onions feathers (the remaining green part), pour the dressing, mix, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Before serving, add cilantro stems removed from the leaves, stir again.
