Basil hummus

Basil hummus

Ingredients for 4-6 servings:

350 g of boiled chickpeas (dry should be half the weight)
3 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
handful of green leaves of basil
salt to taste

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a bowl.

Stir until smooth. If the mass is too thick – you can add cold boiled water. Flavoring ingredients (garlic, lemon, salt) can be adjusted to your liking.

Serve with fresh vegetables, pita bread or other grain.
