Ingredients:

1.5 cups of oatmeal
250 grams of dried figs
40 g raisins
50 g of dried apricots
50 g of dried cherries
100 g of dried peaches
50 g of cashew
50 g walnuts
100 ml of the clarified apple juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
vegetable oil for greasing

Preparation:

Remove the bones from the dried figs. If sun-dried figs hard, fill them with 2/3 cup of hot water and leave for 30 minutes while the soft -. 1/2 cup for 10 minutes.

Put the resulting mixture on a baking sheet covered with oiled parchment, level wet knife or spatula and top cover with parchment, too. Bake in a preheated 170 ° C oven for 30 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly, 10 min., And cut approximately 30 pieces. Let them cool completely, 30 min., And wrap each in foil, parchment or foil.
