Barcelona salad


red onion – 1 PC.
raisins and pistachios – 1 tbsp
lemon juice – 2 tsp
orange – 5 PCs.
Apple green – 1 PC.
mint and cilantro – 2-3 sprigs
olive oil – 4 tbsp
celery – 1 sprig
salt, black pepper


Oranges to clear. Cut the flesh from the films, bone remove. Released the juice to collect and preserve. Onion peel and cut into thin rings, Apple – thin slices.

In a small container whisk olive oil, lemon juice and 1 tbsp orange juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix oranges, onion and apples. Pour dressing, mix well, cover and leave to stand for 30 min.

Mint, cilantro and raisins wash, dry. Finely chop the greens. Nuts grind.

Before serving, the herbs, raisins and nuts, add to bowl, mix gently. Arrange the salad on plates.
