Baked turkey and zucchini


zucchini (young, without seeds) – 1 kg.
turkey fillet – 1 kg.
Tomatoes – 0.5kg.
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
chopped parsley – 3 tbsp. spoons
hard cheese – 200g.
olive oil – Article 7. spoons
salt and pepper to taste


Now for the preparatory process. Turkey breast cut into a thickness of about 1 cm and slugger wrapped in plastic wrap. Courgettes cut on the long side plates of about 3 mm or easier to use a special knife for cutting vegetables.

Tomatoes cut into slices. Garlic finely cut or passed through chesnokodavku and mix with olive oil.

Baking I have a cast-iron enamel size 22 x 35 cm – so spacious, just right for my family. Now laid in oiled baking a layer of zucchini, lubricate them with oil with garlic, salt, pepper. Another layer of zucchini – repeat the procedure.

Then put a layer of turkey – the lubricating oil with the garlic, salt, pepper. On top lay a layer of zucchini again – oil, salt and pepper. Now covers all the tomatoes using the method of “scale” – oil, salt and pepper. For beauty, you can use red and yellow tomatoes.

Now, cover with foil baking sheet and send in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and sprinkle with grated cheese dish our mixed with chopped herbs.

Once again, we send it in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender. It got this beauty!
