Baked potatoes with garlic and rosemary

Ingredients:

1 kg small new potatoes
4 heads of garlic
1-2 sprigs of rosemary
olive oil “extra virgin”
salt – to taste

Preparation:

Potatoes wash brush, put in a pot, pour boiling water almost to the top, close the lid and cook on high heat 5 min. Then strain the potatoes in a colander.

Put the potatoes in a large baking dish, generously drizzle with olive oil and shake form so that all the potatoes were coated with oil. Sprinkle the potatoes with rosemary leaves and salt.

Cut heads of garlic, leaving the skin on, in half crosswise (if they fall apart, nothing terrible), put among the potatoes, cut the butter, sprinkle with salt. Bake in a preheated 180 °C oven until the potato is soft inside and Golden brown, about 30 min.
