Baked mackerel in foil

Ingredients:

zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 gutted mackerel by weight – 400-500 g
sprigs of parsley – 5-7 pcs.
Cheddar cheese – 40 g
salt, freshly ground black pepper
Eggs – 2 pcs.
dry mustard – 0.5 tsp

Preparation:

Boil hard boiled eggs, peel off the shell and chop finely. Cheese grate. Parsley to disassemble the leaves and chop. With half lemon grater, remove the peel from the pulp squeeze the juice of a lemon.

Mix in a bowl the eggs, cheese, dry mustard, parsley, zest and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Take on the fish for 3 deep diagonal cut on each side. Put the fish into the prepared stuffing. Place the fish on the grill, each wrapped in a sheet of foil, and place in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 20 minutes.
