Baked ham

1. Soak the pork in a salt solution (3-4 tablespoons per 1 liter of water) and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (can be left on all night)

2. Remove the meat from the brine and rub spices. I used Sushchenya rosemary, fennel seeds, bay leaf and black pepper.
