Baked fish and salad

Fish for dinner – it’s always good: easy dietichno elegantly.


400 g fillet of salmon or trout
1/2 orange
2 tsp grained mustard
salt, ground black pepper

For the salad:

200g cherry tomatoes
100 grams of salad Frise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
a mixture of Provencal herbs

Fish fillets dry with paper towel.

Prepare the marinade. With cut the orange peel, squeeze the juice into a separate bowl. Add the mustard, salt, pepper and stir. Marinate the fillets for 15 minutes.

Remove the tomatoes from the oven. Wrap the fish fillets in foil, place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
