Baked cottage cheese with pineapple

Ingredients:

3 eggs
3 tablespoons sugar
750 g of cottage cheese
3 tablespoons semolina
zest of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp vanilla sugar
200 g canned pineapple
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Canned cherries for decoration

Preparation:

Separate 1 egg yolk. Protein and whisk the remaining egg with the sugar.

Raisins pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Fold in a sieve, let drain off all the water.

Mix cottage cheese with semolina, chopped lemon peel, vanilla sugar and raisins. Pour in the beaten eggs and sugar, mix well.

Pineapple slices and cherries lay on the bottom of the round form, greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.

Top with cottage cheese. Whisk the remaining egg yolk, brush their surface casseroles. Bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
