For the chocolate dough:

  • dark chocolate – 200 gr.
  • butter – 200 gr.
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Sugar – 5 tablespoons
  • flour – 5 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar – 1 n (8 g).


Beat the cheese with sour cream, sugar, eggs and flour until smooth.

Separately, in another bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath and cool.

Beat eggs with vanilla and conventional sugar and mix with the chocolate and butter. To this mixture, add flour and mix thoroughly all. I whipped with a mixer.  It turned out the chocolate dough.

Then oil the form of oil (I round 24 cm).

We spread in her first chocolate mass, top-curd.

Bake in a heated oven at 180 ° C of 40 to 60 minutes.
