Asian salad with chicken and sesame seeds

Ingredients:

200 g chicken (breast or thighs)
1 cup chicken broth
200 g of a glass noodle or rice
1 medium carrot
average handful of green beans
2 Red hot chili peppers
4 cloves garlic
4 tbsp of raw sesame seeds
3 tablespoons sweet-hot sauce chili
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tbsp. unrefined peanut butter

Preparation:

Chicken broth pour into a saucepan, place over high heat, evaporate so that there is 2-3 tablespoons

Garlic Crush. Chicken fillet cut into small slices. Heat the oil in a wok, put the garlic, fry over medium heat for 30 seconds.

Put the chicken pieces, pour the concentrated broth, increase the heat to high. Cook, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes. Remove the wok from the heat.

Add to wok chili sauce, soy sauce and lime juice, mix with chicken and totally cool for 30-40 minutes.

Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package, fold in a colander, rinse with cold water, pat dry.

We break off the tips of the beans, the pods fill with boiling water, bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes, flip in a colander, pour over cold water, pat dry.

Chile cut into thin rings. If green beans are too long, cut them to pieces 3-4 cm long.

Sesame pour in dry heated pan, fry over medium heat, stirring, until golden, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Carrots cut into very fine strips or grate. Mix the contents of the wok with the noodles, peppers, carrots and beans. Pour onto a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

*Instead of sesame seeds can sprinkle the salad with chopped roasted peanuts filing.
