Apricot ice cream


lemon, only the juice – 0.5
apricots – 500 g
sugar – 100 g
eggs (only the whites) – 3 PCs.
vanilla sugar – 0,3 tsp.
cream fat content of 35% – 300 ml
powdered sugar – 80 g


Apricots wash, cut in half and remove seeds. Half apricots to defer, the rest finely chop.

To prepare a creamy mass, as described in the recipe . Add the chopped apricots, stir and put in the freezer. Beat, as described in the recipe.

Put ice cream into the prepared apricots halves and serve.
