Apples and bananas on the grill

Apples and bananas on the grill

Ingredients:

4 sour-sweet apple
4 large unripe banana
melted butter

For the sauce:

200 g of natural yoghurt
150 g soft low fat cottage cheese
3-5 tbsp liquid honey flower
juice of half a lemon
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation:

Apples, not peeled, cut into 6 pieces each, remove the core. Bananas peeled, cut in half lengthwise, then crosswise into 3 pieces. Immediately lubricate fruit slices on all sides with melted butter.

Calcined and oiled grill for grilling and barbecue. Place the vegetables and fry on a well Burned coals, turning frequently, until golden brown.

While fried vegetables, thoroughly mix all the ingredients of sauce. Serve hot with a cold fruit sauce.

Also delicious with chocolate sauce.
