Apple smoothie

Ingredients:

1 pcs bananas
70 g grapes light
2 pieces of kiwi
1 tbsp green tea
1 piece apple

To make the drink, take a large ripe Apple, banana, kiwi, small bunch of grapes and a Cup of pre-brewed green tea.

Fruit peel and cut into big pieces, if grapes with seeds, remove them.

Put in a blender chopped kiwi, Apple, banana, grapes and add a Cup of green tea.

Good all beat. Serve immediately as the Apple and banana 20-30 minutes will oxidize and change color.
