Bulk Apple Pie


– 1 tbsp. semolina
– 1 tbsp. flour
– 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
– 1 tsp.. baking powder
– 1 tsp.. cinnamon
– 2 tsp.. starch
– 1-1,5 kg of apples (sour)
– Cinnamon, nuts, poppy seeds (optional)


Mix all the dry ingredients.

Apples peel, grate on a coarse grater, pour the juice does not. Add optional poppy or nuts (you can not).

Form lay a parchment.

Pour evenly on the bottom of a few spoonfuls of the dry mixture, top with a layer thickness grated apples. Top pour a layer of dry mix. Then – apples. And just to repeat the layers until you run out of apples. The last layer – dry mixture (lightly sprinkled).

By the way, apples layers I put a couple of raisins, and top of the cake a little sprinkle poppy seeds.

Smooth the top and bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 40-50 minutes.

Note: The longer the cake is in the fridge – so it tastes better.
