For the cake:
250 g flour (if necessary add)
100 g sour cream
150g cold butter
1 tsp baking powder

For filling:
200 g sour cream
220 g of sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
4 large apples with sour


1. Sift the flour with the baking powder into a large bowl, add the diced butter. Rubs his fingers greasy crumbs to the state. Add the sour cream and quickly knead dough. For too long, it is better not to knead – in this case, in finished form the dough can get tough.

2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
While the dough cools, prepare the filling. To this end, beat the cream with the sugar, eggs and flour until sugar is dissolved.

3. Apples clean from skin, remove core. Cut into thin slices, put in a bowl and pour the juice of half a lemon. Mix. This is necessary to ensure that apples are not darkened prematurely.

4. Take out the dough from the refrigerator and spread them greased form (better to use a split) to get bumpers.

5. Put the apples on the dough and pour sour cream.
We put the form in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes.

Cooled, slice and serve.
