Air curd pudding with raisins

Cheese casserole for this recipe turns out incredibly airy and incredibly tasty.


cottage cheese – 500 g
eggs – 3 PCs.
milk – 200 ml
semolina – 5 tablespoons
sugar – 3 tbsp
salt – 1/2 tsp
raisins – 2/3 tbsp.
butter – 1 tbsp (for greasing form)


The oven heat to 180 degrees, a baking dish greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina, shake off the excess. The eggs be divided into yolks and whites.

The cheese and RUB the yolks with a fork. Add the sugar and beat with a mixer at low speed.

Add the warm milk and semolina, whisk again. In separate bowl, beat egg whites with salt until stiff. Carefully enter the beaten egg whites into cottage cheese. Long not to interfere, not to “knock” the air out of the dough.

Add the raisins and gently mix. Put cottage cheese dough in prepared pan, flatten. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about 40-45 minutes.

Let the casserole cool completely, cut into slices and serve
