Ingredients:

300 g of wheat flour
200 ml of milk
6 g of dry yeast
half of the eggs
0.5 tsp sugar
3\4 tsp salt
0.5 tbsp vegetable oil

filling:
300 g Suluguni
200 g feta
2 eggs

5 eggs
butter

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients together to a smooth ,soft dough.
Divide the dough into 5 equal parts ,roll into a ball. Roll out the ball into a pancake.
Roll the tortilla into a tube to the middle on both sides. The tips that are good to take.

Transfer to a baking sheet covered with paper and access to a boat. Coat with the egg.

Filling :
Suluguni to RUB on a grater ,add the chopped feta,eggs , mix well.
Fill boats with the stuffing.

Bake in a heated to 200 degrees oven for 10 minutes or until Golden brown.
Remove from oven with a knife to make a depression in the center khachapuri, and pour the egg.

Send in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Remove from oven put on khachapuri, a slice of butter and do not hesitate to begin eating.
