Acute Spanish soup with sausages

Ingredients:

Chicken broth – 4 liter
Potatoes – 4-5 pcs.
Tomatoes – 1-2 pieces.
Sausages hunting – 3-4 pieces.
Garlic – 1-2 cloves
Fresh herbs – to taste
Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
Onions – 1 pc.
Paprika – to taste
Spices – to taste

Preparation:

Cut the hunting sausages and fry them in a pan with olive oil.

Also in the pan, add the chopped garlic, carrots, hot spices, onions, grate the tomatoes, chop the bell pepper, paprika. Fry for 5-7 minutes until the sausages golden brown.

Heat the chicken broth and add chopped potatoes, grilled sausages with vegetables, salt, spices, chop the herbs, add red and black pepper. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
