Ingredients:

Onion – 0.5 pc.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Pork mince – 700 g
Soy sauce – 1 cup
Ketchup – 25 g
Salt – 1 tsp
Dried basil – 1 pinch
Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
Ketchup – 50 g

Preparation:

Finely chop onion and garlic.

Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand until the unification of all the components.

Place the cooked beef in a film, give it the shape of a loaf.

Place in a baking dish, do not forget to remove the film.

Bake for 20 minutes, then brush with ketchup and bake for another 20 minutes.

Then again lubricate the ketchup and bake for another 20 minutes, then remove and leave for 10 minutes to cool slightly.

Cut and serve.
